Hailed as a forerunner of 'vomitstep' (an EDM subgenre that fused dubstep, electro and trap with a distinctive bass-heavy sound), DJ/producer Snails caps off an unstoppable year with the North American 'Shell 2.0 Tour', fresh off the back of a brand new remix album for his full-length debut 'The Shell' as well as the creation of his very own record label 'Slugz'.
A master of climatic builds and colossal drops, Snails embraces his weirdness and playfully weaves images of neon snails and projectile puking throughout his online presence, visuals and live performances. It's nigh impossible to stand still at a Snails gig as he expertly combats predictability with creative rhythmic variations and soundscapes, eliciting much womping and thrashing from appreciative crowds. Expect retina-burning laser light shows, bone-rattling sub bass and dance-floor euphoria at this face-melter of a show.
