The bright lights of the Great White Way have become a beacon of the musical theatre world. Fostering tin pan alley greats like Oscar Hammerstein II and the Berlin brothers to the modern blockbusters penned by Andrew Lloyd Weber Lin-Manuel Miranda, Broadway has long been the iconic home of the musical. Celebrate its modern classics at this extra special one-night-only concert presented by the Phoenix Symphony Orchestra and guest conductor Stuart Chafetz.
The ensemble will play some of the most exciting Broadway scores of recent history, including the heady hip-hop musical theatre fusion of pop culture phenomenon Hamilton, the gravity-defying heights of Wicked, the killer 80s glamour of Rock Of Ages and the gin-soaked jazz and swing numbers of Chicago, amongst others!
