A rare chance to see two of the greatest in grunge together
Why see LIVE and Stone Temple Pilots?
CO-HEADLINE
Celebrating three decades of two seminal albums in the annals of grunge, Throwing Copper and Purple, LIVE and Stone Temple Pilots join forces for a massive co-headline tour! Joined by special guests Soul Asylum and Our Lady Peace, this is a one off opportunity to see not one but two of the touchstone acts in alternative rock on the same bill.
LIVE
Hailing from York, Pennsylvania, LIVE formed in 1984 and gained widespread popularity with Throwing Copper, produced hits such as "Lightning Crashes," "I Alone," and "All Over You." Countless platinum selling records later, despite line up changes and some publicized discord between the original members in recent years, the band's lasting appeal has nevertheless rightfully earned them a place in rock history.
Stone Temple Pilots
One of the OG grunge bands, Stone Temple Pilots became staples of the genre - and of rock in general - with their hit 1992 album Core. Purple was its follow up, debuting at number 1 on the Billboard charts and certifying them beyond any doubt as one of the most important bands in modern rock history.
